Estancia súper cómoda y céntrica

He repetido estancia en este apartamento y es súper buena la ubicación, el anfitrión es súper amable siempre pendiente si necesitas algo, muy limpio y cómodo todo, queda cerca de todo tiene un Mercadona al lado que ya es bastante comodidad, estoy súper agradecida por mi tiempo de estancia aquí, sin duda repetiremos

Локація апартаментів ідеальна по відншенню до центра міста. Все виглядає дуже безпечно і комфортно.

− Апартаменти мають проблему з сантехнікою, про що ми зразу ж повідомили власнику. В душі є проблема з холодною і гарячою водою, а туалет взагалі не змиває.

− You really should read the reviews before booking this apartment. I did not. The size of the apartment is not 60 m2, as stated. The living room: 3x3 = 9 m2 (being very generous), the master bedroom: 3x3 = 9 m2 (being very generous), the second bedroom: 2x1.5 = 3 m2, the bathroom: 2x1.5 = 3 m2, the corridor with kitchen: 2x6 = 12 m2 (being very generous), so 36 m2 at the most, probably more like 32 m2. As many reviewers have mentioned before, the apartment is far from clean. Just cleaning some surfaces is not the same as cleaning an apartment. Dust everywhere, all kinds of stuff underneath the sofa. I arrived to a bad smell, and soon found that the kitchen cabinets were in a horrific state. The owner claimed that it had been from leakage that happened 4 days earlier. Strangely enough reviews from previous renters already mentioned this leakage as well. But if the owner was truthful, then why didn’t she/he not alert me as the next renter to the state of the apartment? Mold is forming in the wet and swollen wood of the cabinets. There is dirt from the leakage on every shelf in the cabinets. One of the cabinets is even missing the bottom shelf. As previous reviews mentioned, going back at least 1.5 years, the shower is leaking. It still is. If you are unlucky, you won’t be able to adjust the temperature of the water back to a normal temperature and are left with a scalding hot shower. The sofa is supposedly new, but sits horribly as you can feel all of its insides. The owner claimed that it might be more uncomfortable because it can also be used as a bed, which seems counterintuitive. All responses from the owner sound like you are talking to a child, something a previous reviewer experienced as well. There is a huge table in the small apartment in between the sofa and the tv, which takes up all space. Why not put a small coffee table there? I transferred to a hotel room close by the next morning, luckily they were able to accommodate an early check-in
