9.0Ubytování bylo skvělé,obchody potraviny a street food kolem ubytování velké množství.Tato oblast Madridu má své kouzlo,žije zde chutší obyvatelstvo,noční život ke Španělsku patří a ten zde je na 100% 😉

6.0− Bardzo duży problem z dostaniem się do apartamentu Link wysyłany przez operatora do meldunku był błędny co uniemożliwiało wejście do apartamentu. Przyjechaliśmy po godzinie 20.00 i kontakt telefoniczny był możliwy tyko przez automatyczną sekretarkę. Dopiero po prawie 2 godzinach udało się nam uzyskać dostęp do mieszkania. W piątek, sobotę i niedzielę bardzo głośno i spanie jest praktycznie niemożliwe ,ponieważ na przeciwko apartamentu jest bar z muzyką do 5 rano. Mieszkanie zużyte, wymaga wyprania kanapy, krzeseł. Nie wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach ! Dzielnica bardzo brudna i dość niebezpieczna.
Beautiful apartment in Real Madrid neighbourhood.
10.0Wonderful apartment, superb location that is 5 minute walk to Metro and 5 stops and you are in the centre of Madrid. Apt spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable. Nice touches like Olive oil, salt and pepper. This is a working class neighbourhood in Madrid so normal precautions apply . However safer than many other places, such as London, Dublin. Also went to bars in the local plaza, nice, friendly people. Keyless entry exit was excellent after I got used to it. Above all superb value for money.
− Nothing! Point out other review negatives. There are 2 benches outside so a few homeless were siting lying there. Big deal ! Was safe . Some noise from streets, it is Madrid.

3.0Place in the city
− Considering the price, the apartment fell far short of our expectations. Basic amenities were lacking for a group of four—there was not enough shower gel or toilet paper for the duration of our stay, only 4 coffee capsules were provided, and there was no complimentary mineral water. The property is outdated, but more importantly, there were serious safety and hygiene issues: the red lamp in the smaller bedroom causes electric shocks when touched, the entrance door was malfunctioning, and we found cockroaches in the bathroom.
Bel appartement et très propre....loin du centre. Être vigilant quand on rentre le soir tard.
