7.0Locația. Așezarea pe hartă. Fix în centru.
− Vrea să pară vintage, dar defapt e doar vechi. Dormitoru mic, este de fix 2 m pe 2,5 m. Dormitorul mic are geam care dă în holul blocului față în față cu liftul. Se aude tot, dar absolut tot. Fiecare ușă deschisă din bloc. Toate ușile din apartament scârțâie.

− El único cosa que no fui bien es qué El tensión de alojamiento es inestable,por qué cuánto enciende el calefacción en un rato se salta el diferencial,y hay que vuelve a poner el diferencial

− Il n’est pas possible de déposer les bagages avant et après Check in/out. Quand on arrive à 11h à Bcn et on doit attendre 16h avec bagages c’est pas cool, on reçoit 10% pour les consignes mais qui n est pas à côté de l appartement. Pas de couverture, il fait frais le soir en octobre..

− Estaba indecoroso. Nada más llegar el olor a humedad era nauseabundo.La moqueta sucísima necesitaba una desinfección a fondo. El sofá no podía tener más guarrería, para poder sentarnos tuvimos que poner un edredón, que también tenía manchas y encima de este una sábana. Los cojines indecentes de suciedad, una almohada indecorosa entre las sábanas limpias de un armario, las ventanas rotas 0 ventilación y como colofón el baño, el suelo de la ducha súper deteriorado. Manchas de humedad en las paredes del apartamento.Ah!!! Se me olvidaba un ruido tremendo pues hay una tienda de ropa al lado con la música de 9 de la mañana a 21:00 h…. Una auténtica VERGÜENZA para el precio que hemos pagado 604 eurazos sin contar impuestos un total de 667 € por 3 noches. Todavía estamos esperando que Booking se ponga en contacto con nosotros desde el viernes 09/10/26 que comunicamos la incidencia. Totalmente decepcionados. Nos ha amargado el viaje. Hice un vídeo detallado pero la aplicación no me deja subirlo. No obstante tomaremos medidas.
