Nice apartment but difficult to access.
4.0It was in a good location but not where I was under the impression we were getting. Was told our building would have a view of the Sagrada Familia and it didn't
− Poor /rude customer service, contacted them as we couldnt find the address and the lady's response was I sent you the address I don't know how I can help you After finally finding it couldn't get into building as instructions given didn't work a resident happened to be going in and she let us in, then had even more difficulty getting into apartment, tried several times and luckily 1 of my sister's had international calls on her plan and we were able to call and ask for help.After multi attempts we were finally able to open the door to get in. No wifi and information provided for Wi-Fi was inaccurate so the entire stay without WiFi access . Contacted the property and the only help they gave was look on the modem which I did and still nothing but no attempts to come and assist just like with trying to get into apartment. There were no washcloths provided and the washer wasn't working properly (not draining completely so clothes were soaked.) Because we didn't have wifi had to wait till we were in town at a cafe or laundry mat to use their wifi to send and or receive messages/email to customer service and then unable to respond to the email as " undeliverable" when I tried.

− サグラダファミリアが見える場所として 特別に選んだのに 足場が組まれてネットがかかっていて 非常に残念で、泊まった意味が無かった。 事前に知っていたら取らなかったのでとても損した気分でした

− Demasiado complicado el check in, en la última foto del apartamento muestran como si tuviera vista a la Sagrada Familia situación que confunde al turista porque el apto no tiene vista a la Basílica

10.0El Lugar está espectacular pero deberían de mejorar las especificaciones con un Rótulo donde indique el lugar del mismo para tener acceso en la localización rapido.
