Great price value property that could be easily improved with couple of tweaks
7.0The property its next to the beautiful Garita beach. it has a spacious patio where you can eat, sunbath, or have a drink. Also, there is lovely cactus garden around the property. Inside the apartment, its spacious, good WIFI, Comfy couches and functional washing machine. the bedrooms are spacious with loads of closet space. Upon request the owner kindly allowed us to check out a bit later...
− The apartment has ants (kitchen and bathroom) which makes hard to prepare and eat food. on the topic of preparing food there was a frying pan that was unusable, the Teflon was destroyed. I had to buy one to cook for my two kids. Given that the apartment is a ground floor the les sunny bedroom has a foul humidity smell

10.0This place is just fabulous! 2 minutes walk to an amazing beach with pure soft sand lovely for swimming. 5 minutes walk to the village centre which has a great, local supermarket which is well stocked and with friendly staff. Great restaurants all around the town and you have to check out the teleclub where the locals all go to socialise. Very friendly people there with a few expats thrown into the mix. Also at the far end of the village is a lagoon which is THE most picturesque place to relax and swim. The property itself is so comfortable and chilled. Well equipped and the place has such a lovely homily feel to it. Beautifully decorated with big comfy sofas and the beds are excellent. We loved it. Simple as that. We booked for next winter while we were there and will probably do the same for the following year.

Great stay in this lovely apartment in peaceful Arrieta
10.0Great apartment, well equipped, comfortable and peaceful area. Lovely little garden, nice outdoor space, personal decor, super clean. Very close to Garita beach, and can walk to Arrieta centre. Well located for cactus gardens, jameos del agua, mirador del rio… we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Carcula Azul. It’s a gorgeous apartment in a great location.
9.0We loved the apartment, it was roomy and comfortable inside and we especially enjoyed the outside patio area. The location was perfect, a stone’s throw from the beach and really close to restaurants and the small supermarket.
− There wasn’t anything we didn’t like although there were a few ants in the kitchen area.
