Lack of hot water, hard, uncomfortable mattress, broken toilet and microwave

− NO hot water, broken toilet, broken microwave, uncomfortable bed. Boiler is clearly undersized for The property. They run out of hot water by 9am but tell you it’s a rare occurrence. I had ONE hot shower during my 4 day stay. They tried to blame me-user error-but I got hot water successfully one day so I know I was doing it right. The microwave started sparking and smoking when I used it less than 10 seconds. When I told them I was going to report to booking.com that bare necessities were not provided, they were rude and condescending. When booking.com contacted them for the partial reimbursement I asked for to remedy, they just ignored us and gave me nothing. I will definitely not stay here again.

7.0The location is very good. The kitchenette and the air conditioning worked very well too. Staff accommodated as best as they could.
− There was a lack of kitchen utensils and some of the facilities did not work the first day we arrived (the cold water, toilet and the kitchen exhaust fan)

Mini pausa a Madrid, a due passi dal centro
8.0La posizione era fantastica! letteralmente due passi da Gran Via, così comoda da averci permesso di girare tutto a piedi! L'appartamento era completo di bagno con phon e bagnoschiuma, forno a microonde e cucina con piano a induzione (usati entrambi pochissimo). La casa si trova in una zona ricca di servizi e locali dove mangiare e fare colazione, oltre che al fulcro dello shopping!
− Forse l'unica pecca era che essendo sopra un locale, la sera c'era un pò di rumore e musica, ma assolutamente gestibile e non molesto. In ogni caso è una struttura che non solo consiglierei, ma in cui tornerei volentieri!
