1.0The husband, one of the hosts, was a gentlemen in resolving our issues. Thank you Richard.
− The location of the property is nice overlooking the ocean. However, at least half of the units are overlooking a roof and facing a pretty loud club below. The units have no A/C so you will be cooked alive, especially in the summer nights. We had two fans going all night long and still drenched in sweat. Also, units have adjacent balconies, and when your neighbors smoke, and many people in Spain or traveling do, the smoke will be coming into your room as closing the door in the heat for the night is impossible. Staying here was definitely very uncomfortable.

7.0Die Lage direkt am Meer ist hervorragend. Das Appartement bietet viel Platz, ist mit allem ausgestattet, die Matratzen waren gut. Toll war auch, dass man alle 3 Tage frische Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Mülltüten bekommen hat, nach 1 Woche wurden sogar die Betten neu bezogen. Auch Sonnenschirme konnte man sich ausleihen.
− Ja, wir wussten, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Aber wir haben vollkommen unterschätzt, dass bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur tagsüber und 28 Grad nachts das Appartement glüht. Leider kommt kaum frische Luft herein, die Tür ist viel zu schmal und man kann auch keinen Durchzug generieren. Insofern sind wir schweißgebadet im Bett gelegen und konnten kaum schlafen. Wir werden zukünftig nur noch Unterkünfte mit Klimaanlage buchen. Was zudem sehr nervig war, ist die Parkplatzsuche. Eine halbe Stunde kreiseln kam mehrfach vor und zwei Mal mussten wir sogar weit über 1 km zum Appartement laufen. Man hat zudem wenig Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse.

6.0The location is perfect which makes it nice, the balkony view is great but the apartment itself can have some renuwal , for example no air conditioning.

8.0LA vista es lo mas lindo de este departmento, vale la pena por todo lo que no tiene de lindo.
− No tiene aire acondicionado y en la epoca que fuimos fue muy duro el calor y no se podia disfrutar por lo que vale el lugar por la vista. una pena
