− Por poner un pero, las sillas de la terraza algo incómodas si se pasa mucho tiempo en ellas.

− Acceso desde la entrada de la urbanización(garaje)hasta la casa, mucha distancia, hasta para poder llegar a tirar la basuras, escaleras y laberintos, muy incómodo dentro de la urbanización para ir con equipaje o compra, salida peligrosa por la noche escaleras sin iluminación ( yo tropece)hasta llegar a la salida. Comunique una fuga de agua el primer dia en el vidé y no se soluciono, sin poder utilizarlo.

Descanso frente al mar.
9.0Comodidad, vistas inmejorables, aire acondicionado, aparcamiento. Mucho espacio exterior y muebles de jardín para disfrutar al aire libre. La piscina a 20 metros, pequeña pero tranquila. Muy tranquilo, excelente para quien busque descanso y relax.
− La playa tiene rocas en la orilla. Coche imprescindible para todo, pero en Mojácar se aparca bien.
