Nice and clean nice roof space

− A few more cooking utensils peeler grater. Oven door exploded and glass shattered everywhere here contacted owner he came out promptly he then got house maintenance to come and clear up glass. This was on our 2nd day so we had no oven to cook in for the rest of the week/our stay.

Well located property with a nice pool but in need of some extras.

-Location is really great for beach. 3 minutes walk if you cut across the road, 5 through the park. -The pool lovely and kept very clean. -Toni who gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful. -I found the beds comfy. -There is also ample street parking. -A/c worked well in the main space and cooled the whole apartment.

− Some basic amenities were missing. For the price I paid, I would expect there to be salt and pepper as well as sugar, coffee/tea and a bar of soap as well as ample toilet paper. Extra bin bags. Extra pillows and a thin blanket for old have been nice. -The a/c has to stay on all the time and bedroom doors open in order to cool the bedrooms sufficiently, as fans were not enough. -The place was clean, but the sofa smells of cigarettes a little, and therefore covers need cleaning properly to freshen it up. You notice it when you come into the place. -it needs some ambient lighting in the bedrooms and main living space. The lights were quite harsh and unrestful.

Fantastic, we would definitely go back.

Superb location in lovely quiet area yet only a few minutes' walk to moonlight bar, beach, shopping and restaurant area. Exceptional service and support from Toni our host. He really went that extra mile to make us feel welcome and sort out any glitches. Broken corkscrew crisis - Toni replaced immediately adding complimentary bottle of wine. Temporary power cut - Toni sorted it. (and our neighbours brought us a pasta supper because they knew we were cooking!) He responded immediately to any messages or phone calls and always with good humour and 'can do' energy. Very nice, light, bright spacious apartment. Good bedrooms and storage. Good, efficient shower. Great little private balcony with table and chairs and additional roof terrace. Well designed and maintained compact pool with outdoor shower and communal terraces with bbq. Well equipped, if compact kitchen area and big fridge freezer - even had sharp knives! On last day there was a temporary water cut off - Toni was straight on to water company, reassured us it would be sorted within the hour - it came back on well within the hour - and he gave us the option of staying late on final day as well. We'll miss him.

− Nit picking as standard of apartment was high: The only thing missing from the kitchen was a chopping board and a step stool would be handy as top kitchen cupboards are tall.
