10.0La ubicación excelente con todos los servicios disponibles al alcance. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades y bastantes utensilios como para hacer agradable la estancia. Que el edificio tenga piscina comunitaria también está genial. No sé si es porque estuvimos a principios de julio pero no había mucho ruido y eso que nos coincidió varios partidos de fútbol.
− Podría tener algo de mantenimiento, el ventilador de techo del dormitorio principal no tenía mucha fuerza y la ventana no cerraba del todo. Las persiana del comedor tiene la cinta bastante desgastada por lo que cuando la subes o bajas hay veces que se engancha al irse a los laterales
