− Las luces de 3 veladores no funcionaban. En 1 no habia ampoyeta. Habian escalas para acceder al piso y yo iba con un bebe y su carrito, mas 2 adultos mayores.

− Basic - zips broken on cushions Settee covers didn’t fit - too small 6 people only 4 bowls Lower balcony door didn’t lock - reported but not fixed until day before we left Door latch broken on lower bedroom door - trapped in room for short time as a result

− Poor management with hard communication and not proactive. Lack of essential items such as toilette paper, washing up, soap, which we were refused even upon request as told they only provide for the first day. We stayed for 5 nights.

9.0The location was excellent. The apartment was big and the bedrooms all had air conditioning. The kitchen was fully equipped and also had a washing machine.
− The air conditioning in the bedroom with the balcony was really noisy. For our family the size of the balcony was disappointing as we could not eat outside. We would book one of the gala apartments again but we may consider a two bedroom apartment as the balconies are a lot bigger so you can eat enjoy some outside space as a family.
