9.0Communication with the host was excellent, they were always available for assistance, flexible and patient (we were late on arrival). The apartment was spot clean and very well equipped, same as on photos. Few steps to the train station, to town center with all the shops and restaurants as well as to the beach.
− The air condition only covers the living room and kitchen, bedrooms remain very warm. This is quite common but a bit uncomfortable. Also the sea is not visible from the balcony as the photos would indicate, either the trees grew up or they were just more full of leaves at this period. This is totally out of host's influence though.

10.0The location is fantastic, the hosts are very helpful, they suggested places to go, and communication was excellent. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need, and it was warm for the Spanish winter. Everything is clean and well-maintained.
