9.0Que está muy cerquita de la playa, la piscina y en general la urbanización. Ambiente tranquilo y familiar.
− El sofá del salón debería ser de algún material que se pueda limpiar mejor o tener fundas lavables. La terraza tal vez necesita darle una vuelta.
