The location of this property is truly exceptional. Being right on the waterfront made for beautiful views, and that was easily the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, everything else was overshadowed by our experience with the management. We paid for the entire apartment, yet when we arrived, one of the bedrooms on the first floor—the only bedroom with reasonable access to the air conditioning during the heatwave—had not been cleaned and didn’t even have bed sheets or linens. After a full day of traveling with young children, we were left scrambling to find bedding. The cleaner eventually brought sheets the following morning. During our stay, we moved a few dining chairs away from the ledge between the dining and living area because we had young children and felt it was a safety hazard. We returned the property in good condition, yet after checkout we were presented with a list of complaints that felt unreasonable. We were accused of “using extra sheets,” even though those sheets were only provided because the room had not been prepared for our arrival. We were also blamed for a stained cloth that we did not recognize, marks on the sliding glass door, and even crumbs on the floor. Expecting guests to scrub glass doors before checkout is not something that was communicated in the booking, and showing photos of a few crumbs raises questions about the cleaning process. It almost gave the impression that the cleaner expected each guest to leave the property spotless so they could minimize the cleaning they actually had to do. The property itself has incredible potential because of its location, but dealing with the management after our stay was stressful and disappointing. Instead of acknowledging that the apartment was not fully prepared upon arrival, we felt they looked for reasons to shift responsibility onto us.

Stunning views

The views from the terrace are amazing; you can even watch the sunrise. The pool is just a few steps away, and you can also jump into the sea from the cliffs (there is a ladder to get back out). We really enjoyed our time on the terrace—you are truly paying for the view, which is the best thing about the apartment. Additionally, there are two beaches nearby and private parking where we found free spaces every time. The apartment was well-stocked with cooking supplies, water, and even beach towels, which was a nice touch. The host was friendly and provided very detailed information about everything

− There is some damage from the humidity, including rust on the appliances and in the bathrooms. However, everything works fine—it just looks a bit rusty. For us, it wasn’t a problem. One bedroom faces the sea (the one with the double bed), while the others face the inner yard. You don’t hear cars, but you can hear other people leaving with their luggage early in the morning.

Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn - direkt am Meer, Strände zu beiden Richtungen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation perfekt.

− Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Das Badezimmer oben müsste sehr dringend renoviert werden. Die anderen Betten sind für Erwachsene sehr sehr klein. (80er) Der TV ist winzig. Aber all das macht die fantastische Lage wieder gut.

Toller Urlaub in toller Location.

− Eine Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss wäre noch toll, dann wäre die Unterkunft perfekt.

Apartment with beautiful sea views in a fantastic location.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the seafront with beautiful sea views. We loved the outside eating area/terrace at the apartment. It is a short walk to nearby beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Maria provided us with a lot of useful information and we had good communication before and throughout our stay. The upstairs main bedroom has amazing views of the sea. We liked the modern feel of the downstairs kitchen and living area. Cala Ferrera Beach is a lovely beach which is a short walk from the apartment. We loved that there was direct access to the sea from the rocks. We also used the pool which was very clean.

− We had a few minor issues with the pillows and a missing bulb which was quickly sorted out. The main bathroom upstairs could do with a bit of updating compared to the more modern downstairs bathroom. It would also be useful to have some fold up sunbeds in the apartment for guests to use around the pool area.
