It was my very special birthday and it was a very disappointing stay with very unhelpful staff

− Misleading photos. It was not clean. It was freezing. Very unresponsive staff, we were trying to reach the staff for fixing the heating g and broken hair dryer for two days

Confortavel e conveniente
8.0localizacao otima, todos os passeios a pe ou metro a apenas 1 quarteirao de diatancia- 2 supeermercados proximos Lido e Carrefour. Algumas lojas e restaurantes bem proximos. CAfes sao otimos na redondeza. Apartamento tem 4 quartos mas um deles bem pequeno e com janela para dentro do predio. Os banheiros sao muito bons, agua corrente bastante pressao.
− amenities- Banheiros: quantidade de sabonete liquido/ papel higienico nao eram sufucientes para 7 dias. Nao havia toalha de chao para sair do banho. toalhas de banho e rosto OK, pequenas mas bem limpas. cozinha: quantidade de detergente e sabao para maquina nao condiz com numero de dias que ficamos. Havia apenas 1 pastilha de sabao da maquina de lavar roupa e uma da maquina de lavar louca. sem papel toalha sem absolutamente nada para cozinhar - nem sal, pimenta ou algum azeitre que sempre tem nos apartamentos que ja me hospedei anetriormente no brasil ou na europa. Barulho intenso - as portas de entrada a cada vez que entravam ou saiam do predio o barulho era muito grande. a noite o incomodo era imenso alguma obra estava acontecendo de madrugada e o som de marrtas, martelos nao nos deixaram dormir por 3 noites. o cheiro ruim na cozinha era muito ruiim mesmo. comoramos um haromatizador para amenizar o problema. Falta GRAVE- porta de entrada do apartamento abriu sozinha por 2 vezes!!!!!!!!! ela é automatica e abre pelo aplicativo. achamos perigoso alguem entrar no apto.

3.0− No teníamos toallas veníamos de un viaje largo nada más llegar las pedimos y no llegaron hasta el día siguiente a la hora de comer ( nos quedábamos 2 noches ) viajábamos con dos niñas y nos tuvimos que secar con una sábana
