It’s a bit of a pfaff getting the keys and finding the apartment but once we were settled, it was excellent. So close to
9.0Brilliant location - we walked to most things like the dancing horses, flamenco and sherry tasting. Very comfortable inside and nice to spread out in an apartment after two weeks in hotel rooms.

8.0The flat was in a great location within easy reach of the centre of Jerez. The bed was comfortable and the flat was spacious and well-equipped. We loved Jerez and also took a trip to Cádiz, which is well worth a visit.
− The checking-in process was rather confusing. Collecting the keys was straightforward but there weren’t constructions about how to open the garage door. When we eventually worked it out, there was a car already in the designated space in the car park which meant we had to go to a municipal car park for a few hours. Then we weren’t given the apartment number which led to more confusion and delay. The staff were responsive and answered my questions quickly, but this could have all been avoided with clearer communication at the start.
