10.0J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans l’établissement, l’appartement était propre accueillant et très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est réactif et arrangeant, je recommande à 100 %.

− Expérience extrêmement décevante. À mon arrivée, le logement était dans un état inacceptable : • mauvaises odeurs persistantes • murs très dégradés • présence de moisissures • lit en état lamentable • poussière importante • toiles d’araignées • absence manifeste de ménage L’état général ne correspond absolument pas aux photos ni à la description de l’annonce. Les conditions d’hygiène étant incompatibles avec un séjour normal, j’ai été contraint d’annuler immédiatement et de quitter les lieux. Le plus choquant reste le refus de remboursement malgré l’état du logement. Je trouve cette situation profondément injuste et je déconseille fortement cette location. Les futurs voyageurs doivent être extrêmement vigilants.

− Accès lié à une caution, et nous avons reçu la demande seulement une heure avant l arrivée. Et la caution doit être validé par seaside pour récupérer les codes. Dommage, cela créé un stress non utile. Pas de porte au WC.
