Hemos ido una familia 1 semana nos ha encantado el apartamento,no le falta un detalle,super bonito y con todas las comodidades, maravilloso todo

La peor estancia con booking

− -Solicitamos una cuna y, al llegar, encontramos una desmontada, con un fuerte olor a haber estado guardada durante meses. Por higiene, decidimos no utilizarla con nuestro bebéde 8m. -Para poner en marcha los aires acondicionados y el calentador había que ir probando mandos y enchufes, sin ninguna indicación. El problema del calentador solo se descubría al ducharse con agua fría. -La cocina de inducción mantenía un fuego encendido constantemente y la única forma de apagarlo era bajando el diferencial. Nos dijeron que era una incidencia reciente, pero la solución nunca llegó. -El parking desprende un fuerte olor a cloaca durante la noche. -Se produjo una fuga en el calentador que, debido a una mala distribución de la instalación, goteó sobre el microondas y provocó un cortocircuito en toda la vivienda. Pasamos la segunda de nuestras cuatro noches sin luz y sin agua. Abandonamos el alojamiento con el compromiso por escrito del propietario de reembolsarnos el 100 % de la estancia. Sin embargo, posteriormente cambió su postura y ofreció solo el 50 %, y a día de hoy seguimos sin haber recibido ninguna devolución. Entendemos que pueden surgir imprevistos en cualquier alojamiento, pero la forma de gestionarlos y la rapidez en la respuesta marcan la diferencia. En este caso, la atención ha sido muy deficiente. Si no queréis arriesgar vuestras vacaciones, os recomendaría buscar otra opción.

− la puerta costaba abrirla. está cerca de la playa pero cuesta arriba con lo que fuimos en coche.

− Da dificuldade em encontrar o apartamento. Nas indicações que nos deram devia vir uma foto da frontaria do aldeamento e não só do interior.

Apartamento equipado com tudo o que necessitamos. Espaço ao ar livre para refeições. Possibilidade de estacionamento num lugar de garagem. Piscina ótima! Localização excelente, conseguimos ir até à praia, centro comercial, restaurantes e centro sempre a pé. Foi-nos concedida a possibilidade de check out mais tardio, o que nos permitiu aproveitar o último dia de férias ainda em Islantilla.
