7.0Die Wohnung ist im 6 Stockwerk und mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen . Die Möbel waren hell und die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Die Schlafcouch würde ich nicht für 2 Personen empfehlen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Das Bad hat eine schöne ebenerdige Dusche . Der Balkon bietet Platz für 2 Stühle und einem Tisch. Perfekte Lage , da es im Haus ein Restaurant gibt mit tollen Speisen . Der Vermieter kümmert sich sofort , wenn es Probleme gibt .

− La entrega de llaves con la empresa encargada. En la primera llamada de forma poco amable nos decían que no podíamos llegar antes de las dos y luego, como nos costó encontrar la ubicación exacta, porque el gps nos llevaba a otra Av del Port, no paraban de llamar de malos modos diciendo que estaban esperando. Parecía que nos estaban haciendo un favor en vez de cumplir un servicio. Menos mal que Isidro, el anfitrión, fue muy amable

9.0The apartment was well equipped and furnished. We had a problem with the bedroom door lock which broke, late at night but it was quickly sorted out with a locksmith being on site within 30 minutes. Location for the beach was awesome. Good supermarkets and shops within 10 minutes walking distance. VillaJoyosa beach and the town are well kept with low levels of rubbish etc. The area was also quiet, so nice and peaceful, we will be back!
− The parking in the area was a hassle with only 118 minutes allowed in blue zone parking. Maybe a couple of extra oven pans for cooking would be useful.
Definitely recommend this apartment for a wonderful relaxing break !!!
10.0The property is in a fabulous location. It is clean and modern and the owner was very helpful, giving us lots of information about the area.
− My one suggestion is that perhaps a couple of chairs or an umbrella could be provided for the beautiful beach. We were only staying for 5 nights so we didn’t want to purchase one. Sunbeds are available but they fill up very quickly and are expensive.
