10.0Su ubicación en pleno centro. Poder aparcar por un extra de 8€/día en el parking de enfrente. Que el apartamento está en un edificio antiguo totalmente rehabilitado. Que está totalmente nuevo. Que tiene ascensor para poder subir con maletas o subir personas con movilidad reducida. Las facilidades para entrar y salir. Que se vea el mar desde las ventanas de la fachada.
− La terraza exterior creo que es mejorable.

8.0El apartamento prácticamente está nuevo, es muy espacioso, tiene todas las comodidades posibles (electrodomésticos, secadora, toallas, teles, etc) y las vistas son geniales a la ría.
− Para alguien que reside en España, es muy inusual no poder tener persianas para bajar y que apenas entre luz por la mañana. Las camas de matrimonio son algo pequeñas y las almohadas de muy bajas parecían de papel.
