− Faible épaisseur des murs donc on entend les voisins prendre leur douche en pleine nuit, chiens bruyants à l'extérieur car il y avait une sorte de chenil à côté

− No lo recomiendo si quieres unos días más o menos románticos en pareja. - está sucio, (había cucarachas en el baño, manchas en sábanas y cojines y sofá, y la casa olía realmente mal, en la habitación no se podía estar). - la potencia de luz es muy baja, la tostadora no se puede usar porque salta la luz. - el colchon de matrimonio es viejo y se hunde. - no dejan apenas jabón en el baño. - en la otra habitación pasa por encima de la cama una tubería del desagüe de los baños de los vecinos. - en las fotos aparecían vistas al mar, pero está opuesto al mar y es un bajo.

− La humedad definitivamente, para sorpresa nuestra estaba lleno de agua la estantería de la ropa y no se podía dormir con ese olor. Por más que hemos ventilado la casa, cada vez que regresábamos, un olor insoportable.
