8.0Siisti kerrostalon kolmannen kerroksen huoneisto. Pikku keittiössä kaikki tarpeelliset välineet aamupalan tekoa varten. Lasitettu parveke kadulle päin puistonäkymin.
− Sängyn patja minun makuuni vähän turhan pehmeä, mutta vaimo tykkäsi omastaan.

8.0Kahdelle henkilölle oli riittävästi tilaa ja lasitettu parveke mikä olisi kesällä varmasti tosi hyvä vaikka talvella siitä nyt ei hirveästi iloa ollutkaan.
− Televisiota emme osanneet käyttää ja muutamia puutteita oli taloustarvikkeissa. Esim talouspyyhettä ei löytynyt; juustohöylä olisi tarpeen; käsitiskiainetta ei ollut. Siivousliinaa ei löytynyt myöskään ja käsipyyhe olisi hyvä vessassa olla ja keittiössä sekä patakintaat. Pieni hedelmäveitsi voisi olla myös ja pari teelusikkaa lisää.

6.0Hyvä sijainti kun oli tarve asioida Myllykoskella, rauhallinen, helppo löytää, yhden majoittujan lisääminen onnistui myöhemmin.
− Hieman epäsiistiä, pyyhkeet haisivat, parvekkeen ovi rikki jonka vuoksi se oli raollaan eikä sitä saanut kiinni (iso miinus keskellä talvea ja ulkona oli vielä pakkasta), silitysrautaa (ainoastaan silityslauta) ei löytynyt vaikka kuvauksessa oli mainittu silitysmahdollisuus.
