6.0Sijainti oli tyydyttävä.
− Asunto oli tosi pelkistetty. Muutama huonekalu. Tilat osin siivoamattomat, siivoustarvikkeita joka kaapissa js laatikossa, parveke erityisen likainen ja keittiössä kaapit tosi likaiset ja tavarat niissä sikin sokin. Keittiövälineissä puutteita. Ei esim hyvää leikkuuveistä. Kahvinkeitin likainen. Nykyisin perusvarusteluun kuuluu esim.televisio matot lattioilla jne. Olen käyttänyt vastaavia majoituspalveluja. Tämä oli ehdottomasti pohjanoteeraus. Koska etukäteen ei annettu tarkkaa osoitetta Yritin soittaa kadulta saamaani puhelinnumeroon. Siihen ei vastattu. Sähköpostilla sain vastuuhenkilön tulemaan viiveellä pihalle ohjaamaan perille. Hänellä oli omien sanojensa mukaan kielitaitovaikeuksia. Peritty hinta 200e/yö oli ehdottomasti liian korkea edellä oleviin huomautuksia viitaten.
Not the best place to stay for the opera festival, the furnishings need addressing.
6.0The flat was a decent size in a quiet neighbourhood.
− There was a washing machine, but no proper drying rack (just a very small thing on the open balcony). No wi-fi. The double bed was narrow and sagged into the middle. Smallish repair jobs have not been addressed.

8.0Clean. Pretty good location. Easy to find. Matched the description and expectations.
− No hairdryer. No wineglasses. (Of course not promised either but would have been good assets.) If there would have been more than 2 people then the dining table would have been too small.
