8.0Buena comunicación con el propietario. La luminosidad del apartamento. Doble acristalamiento en los ventanales de la terraza. Ubicación cerca de la playa, comercios, restaurantes y fácil aparcamiento (temporada baja)
− El aislamiento acústico en la zona de cocina y el baño: a determinadas horas se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle (hay un bar al lado). Sofás incómodos. Mejorando estas dos cosas el apartamento sería de 10.
Super Unterkunft- ich würde sie wieder nehmen
8.0Perfekte Lage mit einem kleinen Laden grad um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft hat einen Balkon der über Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer begehbar ist. Die Unterkunft hat viele Fenster und ist damit sehr Lichtdurchflutet. Zum Strand von San José sind es nur gerade ein paar Schritte :)
− Küchenausstattung könnte noch ein bisschen besser sein, z.B. mit einem Brotmesser, einem Krug oder auch einem kleinen Vorrat an Salz, Pfeffer und Bratöl. Aber ansonsten hat es alles, was es braucht.

9.0El apartamento en pleno centro de san José, parece bastante nuevo y todo bien cuidado, en la cocina hay menaje de sobra y todo en muy buen estado, camas cómodas, aires acondicionados en salón y habitaciones. A menos de dos minuto de la playa, bares y demás ocio.
− Todo bien, por decir algo, para subir a la vivienda hay 13 escalones, digamos que es un primer piso sin ascensor pero no supone ningún problema, fuimos con un niño de 2 años y no supone ningún problema ni esfuerzo subirlas
