La proximité du centre ville.

− Pas de chauffage, première nuit 15° dans la cuisine et guère mieux dans la chambre ,une seul petit radiateur pour toute la surface, inadmissible pour ce prix. Une baie coulissant que ne ferme pas, donc petit "filet" d'air et certaine prises électrique tiennent à peine, à revoir. PAS de place parking alors qu'il était quasiment inoccupé et connaissant les difficultés de stationnement à St Tropez.

Honestly, I could not of asked for better accommodation, it was amazing!

Amazing location, so close to the beach and port with beautiful views. The neighbours are all really friendly so are the staff. The access to the pool is great!

− The shower head didn’t stay up in it’s holder so you’d have to hold it when you shower. Also the windows in the bedroom don’t close fully so during the thunderstorm the floor got soaked.

avoid this property- not trustful people, useless agent called Sabrina legendre, not reliable landlord

the pool was nice, which is common to all appartments

− Terrible. the window shutters could not open or close. We could not enjoy any view during the day the shutter being half closed. And we were waken up in the morning by the bright sun light . The shutters were totally stuck. We called the agent who replied not immediately and who did not come to fix it. The agent did not help saying that the landlord will come and fix this and will give compensation after our trip for the inconvenience caused. I have been spending 1700 euros for 7 days and they offered 30 euros compensation !!! this is of course not commercial but almost rude. So rude people! I have contacted the lawyer and will start the procedure. will not leave it there. Agent is useless and landlord not deem trustable. Booking, agent and landlord, all take your responsibilities.

Nothing at all!

− It is an impertinence that Booking.com arranges such accommodation! The accommodation did not correspond to the specifications at all. Shutters, appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, ...), shower, etc were broken ... the accommodation full of vermin. The support from Booking.com was not given at all and the administrator behind the rental, hostnfly, was also completely overwhelmed and it was not possible for us to establish a personal contact during the 10 days of our holiday! In the flat house itself, they don't want Booking.com guests and this is also openly communicated. It is a fact that the offer does not include a parking space. However, it was also clear that they would not even let us drive onto the premises to unload or load our luggage. However, the caretaker would have offered a parking space for € 50 per day. Finally, we can only appeal to Booking.com once again to remove this flat from the platform. Please do not book!
