− Beaucoup de prises ne marchait pas, le volet déroulant non plus. Très sombre. Photos non conforme, l'appartement est mal entretenu et assez sommaire
Je comprends pourquoi c’était pas cher.

− Isolation (trou qui donne sur le trottoir) / Salle de bain pas adapté (douche qui fuit et pas de VMC) / Éclairage non fonctionnel et mobilier cassé.

− La propreté et l'état de l'appartement sur le bord du trottoir sans double vitre on croirait un appartement à prostitution avec des mauvaises odeurs. Une ancienne boutique transformé en appartement ducoup gros volet métallique qui ne fonctionne pas. 30 degrés dans l'appartement
