L’emplacement du site était l’élément le plus important pour moi. Je me suis basé sur deux critères principaux : l’accessibilité et la sécurité. La proximité des commerces était également essentielle pour faciliter les achats, ainsi que le métro.

At checkout someone showed up and recognized the poor maintenance of this place and took notes of comments, did a great job at reporting immediately to his office

− Someone was supposed to meet to release key - some guidance to use the appliances- the place lacked cleaning, sinks/dishes /floors were dirty/ some light bulbs not working / cleaning tools broken and filthy -

It’s close to a mall, which is great. Also walking distance from public transportation. The studio was nice, I enjoyed my stay. There was construction outside but the walls are so thick I barely could hear it inside.

− There was no soap for me to clean up my dishes, had to buy it myself which was a bit unfortunate but not the end of the world.

Nice and clean place with easy access

The place was clean, easy access by metro (within 10mm walk), has all the basic furnishing and appliances. Free wifi, kitchen utensils were provided so was able to cook simple meals.

− The person who was supposed to hand me the keys could not make it, and someone else had to come let me in. Had to call multiple numbers to finally reach someone. But the lady was very helpful and made sure I got in smoothly, and supported my entire stay. The washing machine was broken but was able to find a laundromat nearby. The studio is on ground floor, so can be a little loud at night.
