8.0I liked that it was clean and had a good bed; it's a nice place.
− I didn't like that all the living room windows are blocked. That's not good because on hot days like this, there's no way to cool the apartment since no air can get in, and it gets very hot in the living room because of this. This also creates another problem because the extractor hood is not working properly, and when cooking the heat increases because the heat generated by the stove cannot escape through the extraction system since it is not functioning correctly.
A lovely and welcoming stay in a great location.

− Can be quite noisy in living room due to traffic, but lovely and quiet in the bedroom
It is a nice room but certainly not worth how expensive it is
4.0Location was good Fridge was decent size Hairdryer provided Tea bags and hot chocolate were provided
− The room was cold, even after leaving the heating on all evening because there’s a draught coming from each window and from beneath the bathroom door that i had to put stuff there blocking the gap (bathroom is freezing). Couldn’t get the tv to get any signal or connect to the wifi so couldn’t use it. Wifi was sometimes quite poor. The door to the small cupboard with the washing machine doesn’t open half the time because the latch(?) doesn’t move, also if you do need to use the washing machine then remember to take your own pods/liquid. The washing machine was full of hairs and lint which took a while to clean as I needed to use it. Not normally fussy with pillows but these were very uncomfortable and need replacing. Cutlery and mugs were all dirty and sticky on arrival. Only 2 toilet rolls were given for a 12night stay. The door to the room is ridiculously heavy. Shower is weak but i’ve seen worse. Bathroom was dirty in some areas. Couldn’t find the key for the general waste bin that is supposedly kept near the window up first flight of stairs?
Massively overpriced for what was in effect a small hotel room
3.0− Exceptionally small room,not apartment. Difficult to use even the limited 'kitchen' facilities due to lack of space. No evidence of "boutique style luxury "
