9.0Great location and value for money. Parking was convenient and Tesco express just 3 mins awaynfor anything you need. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and huge master bedroom!

1.0Unfortunately there was not a lot to like about this property. Initially the communication was good and friendly, however once we lodged a complaint the communication lines slowed down pretty quickly. Our email was ignored and then both booking.com and ourselves had to speak to voicemail.
− The property was dirty and had a pervasive odour. The entrance wasn't a good start, it was down an alleyway which was covered in cigarette buts and was dirty with no lighting. On entering the stairway up to the property it didn't get any better. Dirty marks all over the walls, splashes of what looked like blood. Finger prints on appliances and inside the sugar container and tea caddy were really dirty. We could hear the conversations going on in the Barbers directly below. We didn't mind that this was on a main Road or down an alleyway, however some effort could have been made to make a good impression considering this was not a cheap apartment. We did not stay or use the facilities and had to pay for an alternative places to stay. The owner said we should have arranged for an alternative night or cancelled earlier. This makes no sense since we were not aware of the state of the place until we arrived. We were offered a partial refund of 1/3 of the total cost which we declined. It needed to be a full refund of our money. Nothing has been returned. Needless to say we will not be recommending this property.
