10.0What a find! Looked for somewhere to spend the weekend after main holiday property was only available on the Monday...wish we'd been able to stay here for the whole time! Excellent location, so quiet yet beach or town in 5 mins. Loads of character made it a great place to be in as well as a good base. Wish we'd found this when our family were younger, they would have loved that play room! Great communication and assistance from the host - will definitely be back.

Lovely Appartment
9.0Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking although we did eat out for the 2 nights we were there. Shower was lovely and powerful. The only bed we used was in the main bedroom which was very comfortable. It was the hottest day of the year when we stayed (32 degrees), but managed to stay comfortable due to all the fans that were in the apartment 👌. Excellent location just a short walk to Cromer town centre and the beach. Lovely quiet neibourhood surrounded by some beautiful old buildings and lots of greenery. The hosts Matt and Maysie contacted us to let us know that we were able to get into the apartment early once the cleaner had finished. All in all a lovely place to stay. Thank you 😊
− The stairs up to the 2nd floor (4 flights) were hard work for us but would be no problem for younger fitter people. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and the toilet does not have a brilliant flush but they are only minor details in the grand scheme of things.

9.0Such a lovely flat in a perfect location. The hosts had really thought about guests' comfort and the welcome pack was a really nice touch. Leyland was easy to find and access, we appreciated the parking spot. Thank you!
− This might sound strange but perhaps there should be a loo brush in the bathroom...
