Not suitable for families with young children

Comfortable beds though very high and good location

− The place is not suitable for families with young children for various reasons. The main concern was the very unfriendly and aggressive neighbour, who in fact was a lady. On the third day of our stay she waited my husband and older son to leave and shortly after she knocked on the door and approached me, in a very aggressive and unpleasant manner, asking to keep down the noise as she could hear children shouting and screaming, something that didn't happen as my children only woke up and had breakfast. Even though she saw the 2 years old hiding behind me scared of her, she kept anyway the aggressive behaviour saying that she doesn't care why we were there and she will disturb us as long as we disturb her. Saying that we were tourists and we would leave the place around 9 am and we would be back at 8/9 pm. Scared to dead I immediately contacted the owner who in fairness was very supportive and apologetic and I was told to not interact anymore with the lady, to contact them if this happens again or to contact the police if I feel in immediate danger. This was absolutely unacceptable and terrifying and of course it did impact on our stay. The place is equipped with a noise sensor and the owner will get a notification if the level of noise is beyond the standard and we never during our stay had a notification of the same. We had to whisper when we were there, the tv was on the minimum and we had to ask the kids not to talk much nor sing but on the neighbour's side there was constant loud music and intrusive banging noise starting as early as 7.30/8 am. The stairs are incredibly dangerous, our 2 years old child was constantly up and down so 1 of us had to be all the time with him in order to avoid any falls and injuries. The beds are really high and because our little one doesn't sleep in a cot, we had to find a way to make the nights safe for him which was very difficult as they are also very heavy and we couldn't push them towards the wall.

Lovely house, but street not so great 😐

A very clean and modern property that is very well equipped. Plenty of parking right outside and a short walk to the metro station. A small corner shop a few seconds walk away that is handy for essentials.

− The street/ area the property is in is very untidy with litter all down the pavements and feels a bit rough. Could have done with a wardrobe/ coat hangers as we were going to a wedding & only 2 coat hangers in the house.

I would not recommend this property to anyone!

Nothing!

− The location is awful, on a busy road at a set of traffic lights in a very rough area. Our car was not safe we had to park it 2 miles away from the property. The agents who look after the property are very difficult you have to give over a lot of information and a large deposit. It was not an easy process at all. We even got a text message from them in the morning to say they had detected a high noise level! well all we had done was watched TV the night before.
