− The furniture in the lounge is a bit dated. We stayed during the heatwave-35°- & our arms kept sticking to the leather suite, which wasn't nice!

A fantastic peaceful stay
9.0In a beautiful, peaceful, rural setting, very big bedrooms all with a double bed. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun, we loved watching the cows. Easy to get to and find. Not too far from Longleat, Cheddar and Weston Super-Mare. We went when it was very warm, rooms were nice and cool, all had a provided fan but we didn’t need to use them. The kitchen was set up well. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back again. There are some lovely restaurants in Shepton Mallet, La Bella was one of our favourites, very reasonably priced.
− Could do with a non slip shower mat for the shower as it was a little slippy.
