− The main front door doest lock any one can walk in.

1.0Close to sea front and town centre
− Dirty, stained bedding, cigarette filter wrappers on floor, dirty fork and lollipop stick on windowsills. Only 2 cups for 3 people. Not much cutlery , some wooden !!
Fresh clean place, would stay again just a few things..
8.0Actually very surprised. I dont know what I was expecting but was pleased. The apartment was fresh and clean and very tidy. Facilities were basic but as we checked in late we was ok. Great location. Would actually stay here again. We would like to see a small tv in each room and netflix was provided which worked out well
− There was a couple issues which we worked around. But worth it. The single bedroom had a broken clothes hanger in there. Now considering these are about £15 and it carnt actually be used in its current state, would it be worth either throwing or replacing it. The towels provided were only in the small single room, so a occupancy of 3 only had 1 towel. The back door leaked due to heavy rain but didnt affect us at all.
Heath and safety risk wouldn’t recommend staying here
1.0It wasn’t clean. The health and safety standard wasn’t up to code and it was stated in the post was cleaned by professional cleaners which it definitely was not.

1.0Apart from the location the place was disgusting, the key lock code did not work, there was an ants nest, ants running all over the living room skirting boards, clusters of dead ants in cupboards and behind microwave
− The lack of emphaty from only being able to contact via message on WhatsApp and when called the calls were declined. The place was dirty, ants nest, dead cluster of ants which showed the place had not been cleaned. I spent the first night cleaning, reported over and over. Have no option to contact booking.com or the guesthouse.
