1.0We weren't able to access the property, no key code was sent?? No response either by phone or email, no response from booking. Com either Paid in full and still trying to get our money back. We had to find alternative accommodation, absolutely shocking.

− Some small things I’ve noticed over the years that could be fixed. Fridge freezer needs fixed , some cosmetic work needs done. And a cover over the velux in bedroom as the light early in the morning is annoying.
