8.0Het appartement was ruim en had een mooi uitzicht. De locatie was perfect.
− De omgeving was rommelig. Maar in het appartement merkte je hier niets van.

8.0Clean and tidy with bright cheerful decor. Basics were provided to start off ie loo roll coffee tea etc. The balcony was nice and the area.
− Only thing I'd mention is the eviction notice for flat 2 which is out of properties control. It was disconcerting initially but when inside the flat it was very nice. A fan would be nice with the present weather but the balcony & windows allowed plenty of air in.

− A little one but the balcony could do with a lick of paint the railings were a bit unsightly and the front door to the building not the actual flat needs fixing
