I couldn’t give her what she wanted ( I didn’t have pictures or physical passport of all 8 people) so I ask for a refund and she refused to give me back my refund even though I didn’t stay at the property.

Pretty Basic accommodation on an estate about 15 mins walk from Euston. Ok if you’re going out/ straight to the stat
