10.0I had a fantastic stay at Granby Apartments F-1! The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and transport links, which made getting around Leicester super easy. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything I needed for a pleasant experience.Definitely 5⭐️ stay,will definitely be back as we still have an ongoing project Leicester.

Beyond horrible, owner was unprofessional, and rude.
1.0They were able to allow me to pay less damage deposit - that was kind of them
− The property I was given was not habitable-beds were not made considering we were only checking late in the night. There was a lot of stuff underneath the beds.When we called the owner he was rude no customer service at all. Ended up having to look for somewhere to sleep -more expenses.asked for my deposit back only for them to come back and say they are missing a remote - we didn’t even have time to turn the tv all, I wanted was to be provided with good customer service instead I have to keep on sending messages for my refund and deposit.APPARENTLY the place was up to standard and the best according to the owner.
