− There was no microwave, which would have been better. It would have been nice to have had a small hospitality pack (milk, bread). The entrance to the block wasn’t very nice, was concerned what the flat would be like, but it was lovely inside and very large.

6.0− Iron did not work. Lots of dead (and live) flies in the skylight. Rizla papers in the bedside table. No ironing board.
