− A anfitriã pediu uma caução, porém não devolveu, embora eu tenha deixado tudo em ordem e solicitado várias vezes a devolução. Ela simplesmente disse que iria fazer e não fez. Felizmente a plataforma booking fez o reembolso! Cuidado com a caução, a hospedagem não é confiável.

− Tout. Le logement est crasseux. Les murs sont abîmés et on dirait que quelqu’un a dessiné dessus. Les éléments de cuisine (four, vaisselle, grille pain, bouilloire, poêle) sont recouverts de crasse. Les draps sont sales et abîmés. Les meubles tiennent à peine debout. Il y a des trous dans les murs et dans la moquette. La colonne de douche est mal fixé et menace de tomber à chaque utilisation, sans parler du calcaire qui l’encrasse. On n’a même pas oser utiliser le lave-vaisselle tellement il est sale. Malheureusement 4 photos ne suffisent pas pour montrer à quel point le logement est malpropre.
Horrible, pedí el dinero de mi reserva
1.0El apartamento no estaba listo en el momento de entrar, estaban los colchones y las almohadas sucias, una de las camas rotas. La experiencia fue horrible, me vi en otro país con 4 niños sin alojamiento, sin contar que perdí un día de mis vacaciones y un tour que tenía pagado , además de estar cruzando Londres de un lado a otro. Nada recomendable.
− Todo horrible y por encima el trato por teléfono de la persona encargada del alojamiento amenazante y culpandonos Perdí el dinero total de mi reserva( casi 1000 euros) ya que me veía a media tarde si un sitio donde dormir y con 4 niños en la calle.
