Excellent Venue to Enjoy the Mumbles
9.0The property was spacious with many rooms, and excellent views from the balcony. Best part is the location, there are plenty of small shops and grocery store nearby, also near the bus routes to local beaches around mumbles if you don’t drive. Pin was nice with a very nice community feel.
− Can’t say anything bad about the place, when we were there a quiz night happened and also an open mic night, and it could be heard through the floor, but we knew what we signed up for, and we enjoyed hearing the laughter and music nearby.
The owners were so helpful and lovely. They own the pub downstairs which is one of the nicest pubs we’ve ever been to.The
10.0It was much bigger than we expected and in a great location. Lots of car parks around so that’s not an issue and a lovely view from the balcony for your morning coffee
− There wasn’t anything at all

9.0Great location, spacious, comfortable, clean, great view over the bay, lots of facilities, easy entry with lock box, washing machine was handy, cosy, love the vintage decor
− tv remote didn't work which was frustrating for the evenings as i was staying alone, host did communicate with me but was not resolved during my 4 night stay. there is another room with a tv but it smells of smoke and alcohol and the sofa is uncomfortable and it doesn't have the views over the bay. the front room is also quite smelly and is at the front of the pub so is loud so it is better to stay in the room with the sofa and bed or the attic room.

− Some of the flood boards are uneven or broken , I was bare foot and I felt a Nail Obviously difficult to find a car park space however it was Father’s Day and v v hot
Lovely place to stay
9.0Lovely apartment with plenty of room. Comfortable beds, balcony with great views of the bay..music room with record player and loads of old vinyl was brilliant. Location was convenient.
− Parking and unloading was a bit of a faff on arrival as no spaces anywhere near. Paid £17 per 24 hours in carpark on seafront which was fine once unpacked.
