10.0How central it was,train station nearby,lots of shops etc. Spacious house,even though there were 10 people staying it was big enough for everyone to have their own space.

7.0The location in the centre of Coupar and close to the bars and restaurants is a real winner. The apartment is above a lovely little coffee shop and although on the main street it's very quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment is spacious and has a little balcony at the back which was nice, my elderly dad liked to sit and listen to the birds in the morning. The kitchen and bathrooms were all modern, fully stocked and a working kitchen which was a must for breakfast. The living area was spacious enough for a family of five and two dogs, a very large TV and comfortable sofas. All bedrooms had very comfortable beds.
− The flat could do with a little TLC and an update to paint work and carpeting. A few plugin air fresheners here and there. Also, the balcony didn't have seating, we borrowed a chair or two from the dinning room.
