10.0Very spacious and clean, had all amenities you needed, very quiet and well kept communal spaces
− The only thing I would grip about is if you wanted to do any washing it was quite pricey and you definitely need a car to get anywhere

9.0My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights in Swallow cottage primarily due to the excellent fishing lakes. Lots of extra little details in the cottage with coffee and tea with biscuits, toiletries and all comforts required really. Such a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place and if you want to get away I would highly recommend
− Nothing to fault to be honest, if we had to be brutal then the sofa could do with attention but genuinely that would be the only niggle and certainly not enough to stop us returning.

7.0WE love the location, it’s very clean and has good privacy, however there are a few snags like the bathroom door was stiff to open from inside, the fridge freezer compartment flap falls down, the clock battery went so we were at our venue quite a lot later than we had planned as we used the walk clock, the beds need toppers as there are bars that can be uncomfortable. The arm chair needs replacing and we noticed the dining chairs underneath was shedding onto the carpet. Just a few things need attention. Facilities were all good. However, shower water pressure was really low so may need a new shower head. But we had the best weekend this year.
