− Booked with couple weeks in advance, no communication try contacting host morning before travelling about check in, no response when travelling I then had to contact booking who tried also contacting them to no avail. Booking was cancelled fortunately I was able to book directly through the site and was much cheaper rates we ended up with a caravan with a hot tub for the same price.

1.0− Arrived at the site after a 4 hour drive to find the host had cancelled on us. Ignored phone calls and emails. Got a refund from booking.com but still had to pay extra for the site to find us alternative accommodation!
