− Extrem stark verschmutzt. Diese Wohnung wurde sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt, alles voller Haare, Boden überall voller Krümel, Küche fettig und klebrig, abgelaufene Speisereste im Schrank, Nespresso Maschine voll alter Kapseln und so weiter. Nach einer Reklamation haben zwei Personen diese Wohnung intensiv gereinigt, dann hat es einigermassen gepasst. Das ist aber kaum Standard und wir müssen sehr Dringend davon abraten, diese Wohnung zu buchen. Die Kontaktperson wollte sich ihrer Verantwortung nicht stellen, hat das Telefon aufgelegt und sich hinter dem Reinigungspersonal versteckt, welches wir selbst einweisen mussten.

Proximity to beach. Views from balcony. Comfortable beds.

− We booked this stay to get away from home and give my wife some time to relax and have a quiet comforting weekend to cope with her stress. But as we arrived there, the apartment was in a really bad shape - garbage bags were out, mops with dirty water in the bucket was next to the kitchen and there were lots of pet hair everywhere in the living room and on sofa. Windows and glass doors had not been cleaned in ages. Beds were not made and duvets were hanging on doors. Instead of offering any relaxation for the amount of money we had paid for the stay, the scenes at the apartment spoiled our mood big time. We contacted the property manager ’Shelley’ who was apologetic initially and said she would send the cleaner straightaway. A pleasant cleaning lady did arrive shortly and told us that she wasn’t informed about our arrival time, that’s why she had left the job half-done to come back and finish later. Shelley offered us ‘free dinner’ that night as a compensation and goodwill gesture after what had happened. It was supposed to be a nice pleasant surprise for my wife but the situation completely ruined everything. She was already stressed out and remained upset all that evening. The cleaning lady did some cleaning but there were still plenty of pet hair on the couch. She didn’t clean the windows or glass doors saying that this is not her job and will be done by window cleaners even though there was a balcony all around and no access issues to clean them. Anyways we went out on a dinner that evening which Shelley promised to pay for later. Believe me or not - this has not happened to-date despite sending inquiries a few times. Initially she told that she would arrange payment once we close the review - which we did and then she stopped even responding to messages. I have never experienced such dishonest behavior and unprofessional customer service. Why would you promise a customer something that you can’t deliver? Short of dignified words to express my disappointment!

The location and sea view.

− The apartment wasn't clean! 1. The windows and balcony were dirty 2. We found an empty bottle of wine in one of the bedroom cupboards! 3. Old food in the freezer and cupboards that should have been removed a long time a go! 4. Dirty baking tray in oven and crumbs also in there. 5. Shower screen hadn't been cleaned and still had marks on from.previous guests. 6. Unit under tv was very messy and there was an old dog ball in a plastic bag that looked like it had been there a while. 7. A werthers original sweet fell out of the slouch chair when it moved. 8. Under the sofa was disgusting. Lots of food debris and dog hair, not from our dog! 9. The sofa wasnt comfortable and the seat cushions kept slipping forward. 10. Bin under the sink was dirty. 11. The dishwasher was still full with plates, pots and pans from previous guests. This should have been emptied prior to our arrival. With all the hygene issues we did wonder if the bedding had been changed since the previous guests! The apartment was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival which was a shame at it is a nice place and location. If you are advertising it as a luxury apartment there should be a high standard of cleaning done prior to the arrival of new guests, especially as this isn't a cheap place to book. This has been pointed out to the hosts and hopefully going forward there will be a much higher standard of cleaning done in this apartment.

A very clean apartment with amazing sea views and very close to shops, bars , restaurants. Absolutely recommend this apartment.
