We love everything about the apartment. This was our third stay and we have booked again. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable, light and airy. Its position is superb.

The one bed appartment was gorgeous, spacious, clean, well decorated with stunning sea and bay views from every window. Glorious to wake up to and lovely when the sun goes down. It was a few steps to the lovely beach and very near Port Erin station for the steam train and buses to take you all over the beautiful island as well as a local Tesco, co-op and pubs and cafes. The lift is much appreciated and easy access via key safe. Good communication with Booking.com in terms of checking in arrangements and useful links for things to do. Recommended!

− The appartment was a small bit let down by a lack of some basic kitchen equipment/essentials.. examples no coasters, mats for eating on the glass table or for the coffee table or trays to eat from. No oven gloves so burnt my finger trying to get something from the oven with the thin tea towel. I had to buy my own bathroom hand wash as there was a watery millimeter left in the one provided. The dishwasher did not work. It showed it needed rinse aid and salt. The maintenance team never came to resolve this as I politely requested so I had to buy a sponge as only a tiny wiping dish cloth provided. I had to unload it all and wash up which was disappointing! Cutting Knives were a bit blunt so it was hard to cut basic things up easily! Cutting boards were flimsy and scratched. One mixing bowl and one frying pan, no measuring jug/whisk. No serving dishes of any type ie for a sald/meal. Only 1 ordinary drinking glass but several wine glasses. No instructions for any appliances so guess work/trial and error needed so a little frustrating. Just a shame for such a stunning appartment!

Beautiful accommodation and town

This is the second time staying in the apartments and we have booked again for next year. They are in a superb location and very comfortable, clean and modern. Shower is very powerful and the lift is very useful when arriving with luggage. Port Erin is a beautiful place with excellent facilities, supermarket is 5 minute walk and so is the pub.

− Nothing really , a couple more cups and a jug would be useful but it didn’t distract from having a super time

Perfect location right on the beach. Bright, sunny apartment. You can have breakfast at the bay window and look out at all the activity on the beach. The apartment is well equipped and has a comfortable living space, fridge freezer and everything provided for a comfortable stay. Joining instructions and advice about appliances etc. was excellent. Tesco, pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

− Not a major thing but some of the television channels didn't work.
