8.0The apartment was spacious and comfy with good utilities
− Unfortunately there were building works on going which created dust in the balcony. However it wasn’t as intrusive as I’d feared. And they not working over the weekend. The host was very receptive to the problem and it was clearly not within his control.

A great break in a smashing apartment.
9.0A great home-from-home, so much more relaxing than a hotel. Everything was very comfortable and well-appointed, with most home comforts provided. Good location (opposite Waitrose) and just a 10 minute brisk walk to the town centre. The host and his dad were very helpful and contactable in advance and during our stay.
− In this case, 'free parking' does not mean 'onsite parking'. However the host arranged for a parking pass and we were able to park safely and reasonably conveniently just a couple of hundred yards away and withing site of the apartment. On a 21st century note, we were unable to connect to the wi-fi but that did not detract from our enjoyment.
