10.0We had a lovely stay at the apartment, very comfortable, clean and has everything you need and more. It is only a 15/20 min walk into town but as it’s along the coast it’s an enjoyable walk. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be coming back in the future.

HUGE, immaculate apartment literally across from the Sea, and walking distance to town.
10.0WHERE do I begin!! From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we saw the Sea, directly across the road from this ground floor apartment. AND, it has a huge yard, not a patio. :). We had NO idea that this apartment was so large! We don't wanna ever leave. It literally is stocked with everything you need, for a short or long term stay. To top it off, the owners are wonderful. It is so nice working directly with an owner, who cares deeply about your experience, and not some rental company, who really doesn't care at all. Most of all, after a one year travel experience through Europe and back to the UK. this has been #1 on our stay list. As I said, we are only leaving because we have to. :). As many know, pictures online are rarely what it is in person, but this apartment exceeds all your expectations.

Spacious apartment in the quiet neighborhood.
10.0Spacious apartment. Wonderful location. The host is very helpful and friendly. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Very convenient.
− One of the bathrooms has only tub without curtain so it's quite difficult to keep the floor dry. Thus, we ended up using just one bathroom with the shower. Some certain areas are full of dust and spider web. The washer is bit dirty. We had to clean it before using.

9.0Good location for the coast and a short taxi ride into the centre of Newquay. Apartment is large with lots of space in the sitting / dining / kitchen area. Clean and easy to access. Dedicated parking on site.
