− We arrived at night and at first glance, we didn't know where to go. It would have been nice to have a map showing how to get to a specific building. Unfortunately, they ran out of toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. Luckily, I carry a supply in the car, so I had my own, and I don't like having to go around asking for anything. The curtains on the front door windows were too transparent at night with the light on :)
Wheal Jewel is definitely a jewel.
9.0The lodge was very well equipped and Neil thought of just about everything one would need. Nice and quiet, the hot tub was superb, plenty of wood supplied, and easy to light the firebox, it didn't take long to get toasty warm either. Took my small dog on a very long leash and he enjoyed watching the bunnies. Neil was very accommodating and a pleasure to chat with.

8.0Great location and lovely lodge. Parking was great, it was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked with items to use.
− The shower door didn’t close correctly, otherwise great.
The hut was really clean , we feel like home the owner was really friendly he came and say hello on our 3rd day !
