Cleaners need to do their job instead of watching tv all day ( they were logged into Netflix and prime)

10.0The communication was great from start to finish. The key was in a lock box and was all easy and convenient. We parked outside the property with a virtual permit. It was a large apartment with everything we needed. The flat was clean.
− The water in the shower wasn't hot but luke warm. Not that bad. Honesty that was all.

7.0Location great, near everything, owners gave me a virtual street parking permit. Good comms to find key. Apartment had all the usual kitchen appliances.
− The apartment a little run down and tatty, toilet lid wouldn't stay up, and sounded like we had some sort of guest behind the kitchen cupboards ( didn't see it, just heard a lot of scratching.two bath towels left on bed but no hand towel.
