The apartment is larger than the usual in London. It is part of a modern complex and is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and soundproofing is excellent. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the river. It is close to the train and bus station “vauxhall”.

− The most important reasons for choosing the apartment is the elevator and air conditioning. However, One of the elevators is out of order, and the other has a technical issue: it has to be on the same floor where you are to use it, otherwise you have to take the stairs. This was very inconvenient, as we had a newborn and a stroller with us. And the air condition is a small one just on the living room.

Excellent stay on the Themes in middle of heat wave

Location was great for where we were exploring in London. Right on top of the Vauxhall station and next to the Vauxhall bridge made it convenient to take the train from Heathrow, but also walking tour our way through London to save a little on transit costs. The host was incredibly responsive even in the dead of night after our flight delays caused us to arrive at midnight. Reasonable train ride from Heathrow using Piccadilly and Victoria lines. There is a Tesco Express market right outside the building, but a brisk 10 minute walk will get you to a Sainsbury for more variety. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and save some money.

− AC was okay while we were there. At the time it was only in the living room, but they were adding more units after we left. First night in the heat was awful, but once we figured out to just shut off the AC and open the bedroom and living room door it was perfect. Up high enough that we didn’t worry about bugs, and caught a refreshing cross breeze that made it easy to sleep in the hottest weather The furniture could use refreshing and the apartment was sparse. But we weren’t spending much time in the apartment so it was what we needed it to be

Moldy washer but great view

The view was great.

− The property is over priced for the lack of cleanliness and location. The washer was moldy and when I complained I was told it was normal. When the cleaning lady arrived to clean the washer she said it should have been replaced because of the mold. There were light bulbs out that were not replaced. The host was great at communicating with us but the flat was disappointing. The sofa bed is NOT a sofa bed, we were told they would need to bring a mattress. The sofa was falling apart-see photo

Perfect location to explore London for a fair price.

Perfect location. 2 min from Vauxhall. Super place to visit London. Landlord answers very quickly and polite. Perfect with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Little kitchen with beautiful view.

− There was nothing to complain. We would get there again.

Decent stay but interiors needs an upgrade
